Yes, they can and they do it all the time. Sometimes, we’re just too busy to notice.

There are certain things, that are well recognized as signs from your loved ones, and these are: feathers, coins and birds. Because they’re so wildly known, they are still used by the Spirit world as signs. Why change something that works, right?

However, the catch is that some people doubt in them, because they are so common.

When it comes to communication with the other side, the secret sauce is … TRUST and FEELING.

When you see a sign and it instantly hits you – ‘’it’s a sign!’’ - then it is! It’s that simple and difficult at the same time because we might question this reaction, a few seconds later.

But don’t worry, it’s normal, our ego steps in seconds after to question, doubt and analyze everything, just don’t pay it any notice.

The good news is that very often when those signs show up, it happens in unusual ways or places. Let me give you an example from my own life: my sign from loved ones on the other side is a Robin – the bird. The way it shows up for me is usually by jumping out of the bushes a few feet away from me, staring at me for a couple of seconds and then disappearing into the bushes back again. It always happens at a meaningful time – I’d think about my loved ones, my work with Spirit, when talking to them in my mind or if I’m being worried about something. When the Robin pops out right in front of me in that moment, I instantly feel a wave of upliftment and that’s how I know it’s a sign.

Although, these signs are easy and quick, there are other ways our family can communicate with us. They are always only a thought away. When you think about them, the energy of your thoughts creates a signal, like a telephone line and it’s instantly received by them.

You can talk to them as you would if they were here, next to you. Let yourself have a conversation, and be curious to what answers you receive. The secret sauce is the same

– TRUST and FEELING.

The answers might also come to you in other ways – through a line you read in a newspaper/book/social media post. It can come to you in a message from a friend, who unknowingly answered your question, as if by chance. You might see a writing on a bus,

a building or it might come to you in a dream. Spirit is very intelligent and creative. It amazes me just how intelligent the delivery of messages can be!

You can also ask them directly to send you a specific sign, but you need to have an open mind to how it might be delivered. I once asked for a sign in a form of a red balloon. I was at home at the time, the TV was on with some movie. I wasn’t paying too much attention to the story line, I was deep in thought about something. A few minutes later in the movie, kids started throwing water balloons at each other, and yes, you guessed it, there were red balloons!

Another time, I was at work, thinking about another dilemma, it was during a very difficult time in my life and I really didn’t know what to do, so I asked Spirit: If I’m meant to do XYZ, then please show me a yellow pen. I thought to myself, this is a very random and specific sign, so I’ll know for sure when I see it. I mean, you don’t usually see many yellow pens around! When I left work that day and headed off home, I stopped at a bus stop to change for the next bus. As I was walking towards another bus stop I saw a writing: PEN, in yellow! Now, this wasn’t exactly a yellow pen, it was way more creative than that! And I fully accepted it. I was quite impressed by Spirit’s ingenuity! And I’m very glad I listened, because if I didn’t I would’ve made the wrong choice, and I know it now. Back then, I was in the thick of it, so it was hard to make rational decisions.

These are some examples of signs and messages that are being sent to us when we intentionally ask for them but sometimes Spirit communicates with us, simply to send us love and to remind us they’re still there, with us, even if we can’t see them. You might suddenly smell a scent that reminds you of that person, like perfume, or flowers they liked,

or a cigarette smoke even though there’s nothing at all around you that would explain it.

I was visiting my Grandma once. I was standing at the doorway to the kitchen, she was only just about to start preparing a hot drink for me and my Mom when I suddenly smelled a strong smell of brewing tea, right under my nose. Instantly my Grandad popped into by vision. I didn’t see him in the same way I would see a physical person but he showed up in my mind’s eye standing right next to me, slightly behind. Then he just started walking down the corridor to the table in the living room and sat down where he always used to sit drinking his tea. It all happened in a split second and I was left feeling amazed and grateful for the experience. It’s like he was joining us, so we can all have tea together.

These are just some examples from my own life and there are countless more I heard either in podcasts or books where people share their encounters with signs and messages from Spirit.

I encourage you to actively engage with your family on the other side, and to talk to them as if they never left. Truthfully, they never did leave, they simply returned to our original state of being. Miraculous things can happen if you just open your mind and become curious.

Treat it as a fun experiment and see where it takes you!

Tak, mogą — i robią to cały czas. Czasem po prostu jesteśmy zbyt zajęci, aby to zauważyć.

Istnieją pewne rzeczy, które powszechnie uznaje się za znaki od naszych bliskich – piórka, monety i ptaki. Ponieważ są tak dobrze znane, świat Duchów wciąż z nich korzysta. Po co zmieniać coś, co działa, prawda?

Jednak haczyk polega na tym, że niektórzy zaczynają w nie wątpić właśnie dlatego, że są tak powszechne. W komunikacji z drugą stroną najważniejszym składnikiem jest ZAUFANIE i UCZUCIE.

Jeśli widzisz znak i od razu czujesz w sercu: „to znak!” — to znaczy, że tak właśnie jest!

To proste… i jednocześnie trudne, bo często po chwili pojawia się wątpliwość.

Nie martw się — to normalne. Ego od razu włącza się, by analizować i podważać wszystko.

Nie zwracaj na to uwagi.

Dobrą wiadomością jest to, że znaki często pojawiają się w nietypowych miejscach lub sytuacjach. Podam przykład z własnego życia: moim znakiem od bliskich po drugiej stronie jest ptak rudzik. Zazwyczaj wyskakuje z krzaków kilka metrów ode mnie, patrzy prosto na mnie przez parę sekund, a potem z powrotem znika do krzaków. Zawsze dzieje się to w odpowiednim momencie – gdy myślę o bliskich, o swojej pracy duchowej lub gdy się czymś martwię. Kiedy wtedy pojawia się rudzik, od razu czuję przypływ spokoju i miłości — i wiem, że to znak.

Choć takie znaki są szybkie i proste, istnieją też inne sposoby, w jakie nasi bliscy mogą się

z nami porozumiewać. Oni są zawsze tylko o myśl stąd.Gdy myślisz o swoich ukochanych, energia tej myśli tworzy sygnał – jak linia telefoniczna – który natychmiast do nich dociera. Możesz rozmawiać z nimi tak, jakby byli tuż obok. Pozwól sobie na tę rozmowę i bądź ciekawy, jakie odpowiedzi do Ciebie przyjdą. Tutaj znów działa ta sama zasada:

ZAUFANIE i UCZUCIE.

Odpowiedzi mogą przyjść też w inny sposób – poprzez zdanie przeczytane w książce, poście na socjalach, wiadomość od znajomego, który „przypadkiem” odpowiada na Twoje pytanie. Możesz zobaczyć napis na budynku, autobusie, albo doświadczyć tego we śnie.

Świat Dusz jest niezwykle inteligentny i kreatywny — za każdym razem mnie to zachwyca!

Możesz również poprosić ich o konkretny znak, ale pamiętaj, by mieć otwarty umysł na to, jak on może się pojawić. Pewnego razu poprosiłam o znak w postaci czerwonego balonika. Siedziałam w domu, telewizor był włączony, ale nie skupiałam się na filmie, byłam porążona w myśli. Kilka minut później w filmie dzieci zaczęły rzucać się balonikami z wodą — a wśród nich były czerwone!

Innym razem, podczas trudnego okresu w moim życiu, poprosiłam o żółty długopis jako znak,

co powinnam zrobić. Pomyślałam: „to dość nietypowe, więc na pewno się nie pomylę jak zobaczę ten znak”. Po pracy, idąc na przystanek autobusowy, zobaczyłam napis PEN,

w kolorze żółtym! Nie był to dosłownie żółty długopis, ale znak był tak kreatywny, że od razu go przyjęłam. I cieszę się, że tak zrobiłam, bo dzięki temu podjęłam właściwą decyzję.

W tamtym czasie byłam a samym środku wiru życiowego, więc trudno mi było podejmować odpowiednie dla mnie decyzje.

To tylko kilka przykładów znaków, które przychodzą, gdy świadomie o nie prosimy.

Czasem jednak Dusze kontaktują się z nami po prostu po to, by wysłać miłość i przypomnieć, że są obok. Możesz nagle poczuć zapach perfum, kwiatów, a nawet dymu papierosowego — mimo że nie ma ku temu żadnego logicznego powodu.

Kiedyś odwiedziłam moją Babcię. Stałam w progu kuchni, Babcia za chwilę miała zacząć szykować herbatkę do ciasta. Nagle poczułam intensywny zapach parzonej herbaty, tuż pod nosem. W tej samej chwili zobaczyłam w wyobraźni mojego Dziadka, stojącego tuż obok mnie. Widziałam go moim wewnętrznym wzrokiem, nie tak jak osoby fizyczne ale pokazał mi się dkładnie taki jaki był za życia. Po chwili zacząl iść, podszedł do stołu i usiadł dokładnie tam, gdzie zawsze siadał z kubkiem herbaty. To trwało zaledwie sekundę,

ale poczułam wdzięczność i wzruszenie, jakby po prostu przyszedł spędzić z nami czas

i napić się herbatki razem z nami.

Takich historii jest mnóstwo — zarówno moich, jak i tych, które słyszałam w książkach czy podcastach. Zachęcam Cię, abyś aktywnie rozmawiał z bliskimi po drugiej stronie. Traktuj to jako piękny, duchowy eksperyment. Otwórz umysł, zaufaj i zobacz, dokąd Cię to zaprowadzi.
