Every Sunday at 9 pm (UK time), I will be sitting in quiet and focusing on LOVE and I'd like you to join me.
We don't have to communicate, your energetic presence is enough.
If you're somewhere else in the world and this time doesn't work for you, that's ok - do it at a different time.
5 minutes. That's all that's needed.
If you wish, you can extend your practice to however long you choose to.
During that time - focus your energy on love, kindness and beauty.
The biggest lie the world has made you believe is this:
that you have no power.
